1. General Eligibility

All masqueraders must be 18 years or older to participate.

By purchasing, you agree to respect and uphold the culture and spirit of Dominica Carnival and comply with all reasonable instructions issued by Pulse Experience and authorised Carnival personnel.

 

2. Costume Purchase & Payments

All purchases and payments are non-refundable.

A minimum payment of XCD$500 is required at registration for all costumes.

The full outstanding balance must be paid by January 16th, 2027.

Failure to meet any payment deadline may result in cancellation of your registration and release of your costume without refund of any payments already made.

Costumes cannot be exchanged, transferred or placed on the resale marketplace until paid in full and notice is made to the Pulse Experience team.

 

3. Costume Selections & Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, style and coverage options when registering.

Brazilian Bikini, thong and High Waist are available with either a default padded bra or an upgraded wire bra.

One Immortals J'ouvert T-shirt package is included in your Mayhem costume package IF you are only doing T-shirt for J'ouvert. Should you choose to upgrade to Immortals body-wear at the discounted price, this will replace your Free T-shirt. 

Should you choose to keep both the T-shirt and body-wear, the bod-wear will be billed at EC $220 while the T-shirt remains a free ad-on.

4. Costume Production Disclaimer

Costumes are produced according to the size, style and coverage selections submitted with your order.

While every effort is made to match the advertised prototype, minor variations may occur due to material availability, production processes and the handmade nature of Carnival costumes.

Such reasonable variations do not constitute grounds for a refund.

 

5. Costume Collection

Costume collection will take place in Dominica ahead of Carnival Tuesday.

The collection location, dates and allocated collection arrangements will be confirmed closer to Carnival.

Costumes cannot be posted or delivered.

You must present:

• Valid government-issued photo ID

• Order confirmation

Third-party collection may be permitted only where an authorised collector has been assigned via email to pulseexperience767@gmail.com

Customers are responsible for checking their package at collection and raising any issues with the collection team at that time.

 

6. Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure

Carnival routes, timings, meeting points, amenities and operational arrangements may be changed by Carnival organisers, local authorities or other relevant parties. Pulse Experience will ensure to communicate as best as possible should any of these changes occur.

Reasonable operational changes to the road experience or package arrangements do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Pulse Experience is responsible for changes outside of its reasonable control.

In the event that Dominica Carnival experience is cancelled, postponed or materially affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, government action, public safety concerns or other force majeure events, payments will remain non-refundable.

Where the experience is rescheduled or an appropriate alternative arrangement is made available, your package may be transferred to the rescheduled experience or another applicable Carnival date.

Any such arrangements will be communicated to affected masqueraders.
